It's a L ship, a Karion, with 50 000 of hold. Not a small ship but a small capital (sorry for misundesrtanding).

I've tried with 0% 100% before, the ship was just doing more trips

No no no bad bad bad, you shouldn't use this ! Shipyard are available in CWIR you shoudn't use any other shipyard mod ! It's annonced in CAPITAL letters in the CWIR post, careful !

Some files may be out of date. Repaer you should only do one version based on the version 2, and remove unecessary files (outside props\surfaceelements\macros). Ok, I've just tested the 4.1 RC, just to see, and I get 80fps instead of 45 on the same scene :o

You should advertise somewhere that this patch increase performance that much !

Two things First : It seems to be a performance loss with time while playing. After few hours on the game, framerate can drop from 60 to 30. It's easy to fix with a reboot of the game but I think it's worth to notice. Second : In some cases it seems the game doesn't run very well, at least it dosen'...

I get a really high number of UI sounds while in space, and I really wonder if those sounds are really random as their name suggest or not.
