A script install program asks me to overwrite files. Should I allow it?

Yes. The updated files may well be necessary to make the script work.

NB: You may notice that some signed scripts include the same files. This is normal, and you can install such scripts in any order overwriting as required. The shared files contain library code and script texts, and all signed script downloads are updated whenever these files are changed.
