Yes, whereby we have to differentiate between head-tracking devices (such as TrackIR or FreeTrack) and Virtual Reality Devices (such as Oculus Rift or HTC Vive).

Head-Tracking Devices

Since Version 4.10 X Rebirth supports head-tracking devices (such as TrackIR or FreeTrack). To use TrackIR with X Rebirth:
    1. Connect the TrackIR directly to one of the free USB ports of your computer.
    2. Launch the TrackIR software. There will be a shortcut for it on your desktop.
    3. Launch X Rebirth.
If you encounter any problems or have questions about TrackIR, please visit the dedicated TrackIR website.

Alternatively, X Rebirth also supports FreeTrack, which you can learn more about here.

Virtual Reality (VR)

To play the game in Virtual Reality (with devices such as the Oculus Rift and Touch or the HTC Vive), you will have to purchase the X Rebirth Virtual Reality Edition, which is a new standalone game based on X Rebirth Home of Light, completely redesigned and optimised for a Virtual Reality experience. You can get the XR VR Edition from Steam or the Oculus Store.
