EGOSOFT's new FAQ system may look complicated at first, in fact it has been made like this so you can use all of the functions to find the article you are after.
First you select the category, such as Egosoft, Gameplay or Support. You are then offered more options for each. These are the sub-categories and once again you select the sub-category you think your question fits into. You will then see the questions that fit that category.
If you are after a question that suits a particular game only, then you need to select the game for the answer that you are looking for. You do this by using the left hand menu, simply click on the game name.
Any problems that can not be solved in this FAQ system may be able to be solved in our forums.
NB: You need to create a user account on the forum to be able to post there.
