Script which increases chance of BBS missions?

Hey,
Are there any mods or scripts around which increase the possibility of BBS missions appearing at space stations. Im getting fed up of docking at every single station to try and hind some bounty hunter missions.

bear in mind the existing sector defences, theyre just for the government building. Most core sectors have a few big ships floatin around. But ye i suppose they can do with being a bit bigger. I guess i was thinking about my computers performance. too many ships and its gone...

Ye i suppose but the people who'll be able to take out the sectors will probably be like me on x2 and have too much money anyway. Its not about making money just about having fun and taking over the x universe. I'm kinda a perfectionist and so like to own everything in a sector.

You have to scan the two Nachelles (the sticky outty things) that have broken off the earth gate. I dunno if its just me but i think its always the second one you scan that holds wat your looking for.
