Clusters are easy before they break up. 2 PSG from about 500m. Once all the M5 are dead switch weapons and finish the M3. Usually the M3 is just starting to move when it explodes.

Oops I found it. Use SMS to transfer between factories. Guess I'm off to read the SMS FAQ.

Don't see what the problem is doing this mission in an M6. I completed it in a Dragon without too much trouble. The Khaak that spawn as you near the base are just M5's maybe some M4 no problem.
