There should be a 1:1 relation - are sure what was delivered was a full cube containing 1000 Raw Scrap? A cube may only be partially "filled" sometimes, and if it only contains 450 Raw Scrap then that's all you're going to get. I also have watched my Manticores happily deliver wrecks and cubes while...
