Some questions I've noticed that have not been answered:

1. Has the AI of wingmen and ships under your command improved?
2. Is this supposed 8-wing limit for ALL of the game or is it 8 wings per < >?
3. Are there plans similar to the Bala-Gi missions that add additional content down the line?

I heard LV's medusa system breaks Typhoon fabs. Is this true? Considering that I'm on XTM using Ashley's XXL fabs, its somewhat of a worry.

Unlikely, but XTM can learn from the MASSIVE use of turrets in the destroyer to be applied to the other ships.

Nothing screams galactic power other than a pack of 9 barrels swiveling to face you and delivering hot PPC fire.

Headphones rock for cheap use of surround sound. Get the kind of pair a DJ would use. Those things are tough and are perfect for the surround sound appeal.

(Planets can be reached, but it's not possible to land on them in one piece. Parts of you or your ship may be able to reach the surface though)

Honestly, those factors I've mention are moot if capturing is completely random (pilot's tolerance level to bail)

So just go out there and kill. If you cap some, lucky you :)

I'd personally like it if Egosoft added the aestethic Freespace 2 Nebulae lightning effect :) at least so nebula's have more vibrancy in them, more life if you will. I'd also like it if the lightning doesnt screw with your ship's shields or hull, but rather, to scanner range and resolution times, so...

may wanna check your esc menu -> controls and see if your mouse movement is set to reverse or something. I personally dont have that kind of problem, since moving my mouse up = facing up.

They say the "space sim freedom" games started with the grandaddy of em all, Elite.

Oh and Starscape is a pretty good game, perfect for smaller attention spans (compared to X3's HUGELY Ghandi-ish patience lvl requirement from players)
