Its really tricky to transfer funds between Headquarters and players account. The problem is that when you homebase so many ships to HQ as they dock and undock your selection changes from your credits to ships. Two possible solutions to that scenario: 1.) bugs/issues/inconveniences
Some minor issues: Engaging Autopilot via Shift+A and "Collect Ware..." (single Ware) do not utilize autojump rules to get to the respective target. Collect Ware... also doesn't reduce speed to zero after the command is ended - although I'm not sure if that's intended or not. "Refuel completed" mess...
