Shara, what you suggest is traditional MMOG gameplay. But that gameplay doesn't applies to new generation MMOG's anymore. Its old and obsolete. EVE followed a similar gameplay and failed. I've playtested EVE for a bit, and it really sucks. Its a point-click game where larger, better equipped ships own everything that's smaller.
