7.00 Beta 3 - Freedom Reach claimable by the factions?
The HOP just claimed Freedom Reach in my game. The problem is that they are in war with all other factions, so is likely that they are to end destroying the Ilja's Observation Outpost. Is this intended or is a bug?

What I'm found is that with the new Phoenix E, Xenon vs Teladi is unbalanced. A group of 5 Phoenix E together a fighter wing, quickly kill even a Xenon I (Note, Teladi owned ships, not player owned ones).

At the end of the crisis, if you left alone the CPU ship, it starts repairing it hull, and jump out to another sector when finishing, but it don't repair any destroyed subsystem, this is, shields turrets and engine. Honestly, XEN PE and SE should not be capturable. The new branch of Xenon does not have cockpits for humans, does it? It sounds like a breaking of immersion. Only old-style terraformers have it. And how about a reward after beating the crisis? For example a flyable Ravager.

Note: I'm forgot to mention that in the attached save, the Savage Spur Defence Platform I is damaged and in need of repairs, waiting for credits for buy the necessary resources and the assignation of a builder to start rebuilding the destroyed modules.

Damaged station don't longer create an upkeep mission with assign builder, so now is impossible to know whats of the player stations are in need of resources and builders in order to rebuild the destroyed modules.

When attacking a Khaak installation, only the same bunch of fighters as before spawn to defend it. Is to be more interesting if now also spawns Ravagers.
