If you use the xr-shippack from nexus alongside with vro,you should delete the ships,shipgroup and jobs.xml from xr-mod and the xr-vro-patch. I also use a mod which give 4 or 5 xenon-sectors back to the argons and teladi and split. For the ships to be found , there is a mod on nexus "Found abounded ...

Terran Economy is complet different than the other Economys , but easier and really simple. I would suggest VRO from Nexus-website or VRO-Lite from github (deadair). If you get the other mods from deadair , for example the gate-mod , ring-highways are gone. You don`t need other shield and weopon ove...

One way to handle "Read-Text" is to write down the message , for example "Read-Text 2010-1". Then look in your t-directory , search for 2010 and look , if it is available in your language : 201044 for english. If it is only 201049 then make a copy , rname to 201044 , open it , chnange Text-ID from 4...
