I have sometimes encountered enemies that have lost their hitbox (shots passing through their models), though I have not played since 1.5 but it might be a similar issue.

Jumpdrive I agree that it can be fixed but it'd be very tricky. No, no no, you need to use repair laser the pressure leak thingies. They glow red and once you use your repair laser on them they will turn green and stuff will change on the data vault (solar panels shifting, doors opening up), just keep in mind that there might be more pressure leak panels hidden ...
