With 2.0, there are new items to be found. If you engage in the Bala Gi missions, you find a supprise besides the M7. But this only appears during that mission set. smurof did you check everywhere? The station I had to use was a little ways off the grid in the North East corner by no other stations. I'm guessing (and this is a total guess) that since Cycrow and a few other scripts place stations that use the same station model as the Paranid shipyard it confus...

I had this same problem I am running a scripted game (Cycrow's mostly with a few other's nothing major though)

I ended up delivering to a station called "Paranid Repair Dock" which I believe was added by Cycrow's script. Minor annoyance but at least I finally got it to work.

Yeah it says Khaak Raider in the station ships log but then it vanished when I undocked. Weird.

I just docked at the shipyard in Seizewell only to see this Thing docked there. Is this new to BalaGi or did I just never see it before?

The script editor is enabled and it wasn't in a complex. actually now that I look around every factory added by your mod only requires Energy cells to run. I quickly bought and placed several (Bofu, Crystals, etc.) and they all just have energy as a resource with nothing else needed. Am I doing something wrong?

In my game the AI way overbuilt Ocean of Fantasy so it was easy for me to train my UTs up.

Manual trading though was pointless.

Don't worry about the ones that are on your flank or unreachable just focus on who's behind you and then just start opening up as soon as you're even close to having them targeted. You'll be surprised how often you'll hit them.
