Sell everything you can to finance an m4 (Fly out to a boron territory, i.e. UP) and buy a mako. Get it some half decent guns and capture some pirates ships. Sell them at argon shipyards...and youll start to get a hang of things. Look at the Ultimate guide at the top of the forum too!

Does enabling an unofficial mod change anything other than the aesthetics? Does it, for instance, potentially corrupt save games or anything like that? I'd love to install the faster laser mod and the economy fix but i don't want to mess up anything that i can't fix...
