As for Windows Firewall, I'm afraid that no, it really isn't a great product. It doesn't allow fine tuned configuration, and (as I understand it, at least - someone correct me if I'm wrong) only filters incoming traffic. The Vista Firewall can also be configured to filter/monitor outgoing traffic, ...

So let's see. UT3, available on Impulse for $29.99(!); UT3 on Steam, no price but "available in Germany soon!"(wtf), which will no doubt end up costing 60-70$; Retail version at a German online shop for ~45€ (more than 70$), which is normal for a full priced game here. Hmm...
