Money cheat/edit? - due to energy delivery bug

No I'm not looking for a true cheat. I got stuck with the energy delivery bug that stopped my game and had to use the offered save file to get around my freighter doing crazy stuff. I would like to regain the nearly 300k credits I accumulated while hunting around for answers. That was after hiring crew for the ship. That save file had only 70k+.

Anyone know of a way to edit the cash in the save game?
