[7B5][Suggestion] Timed fuse as a weapon and turret mod

Would be cool to see timed fuse functionality from some boron weapons and turrets as a modification for any turret (or weapon).

if i get back into modding X4 again, you can expect to see a flak time fuse mod for propa flak effects
