PLEASE SOME KIND OF HINT on the map for hidden places..
I would not have known about 'certain' hidden pirate bases if I had not watched some of the 'captains' utube videos.
I would not have considered flying beyond the edge of sector 'boundaries' to discover that the edges will move with you. and thus, finding more hidden bases.

There are hints! Trade ships just headed off toward where you haven't explored is a big one.
Also, sometimes missions will target locations at or near stations. I found a very interesting place in when a Teladi deliver-a-ship mission asked me to send a ship way out past the edge of what I had explored.
