[5.10 HF3] BUG - Station's Transporters will not move player between two 1M6S docks - WAI

In the following save the player is on a station with two "1M6S Standard Docks".

The station Transporter's will not activate when trying to use them to move between the docks.

The station Transporter's will move the player between the two "Traders' Corner" at the docks.

Maybe the Transporter is unable to tell it has >1 dock of the same type.
