[6.1 MTS beta] L freighter unable to trade with faction Resupply Ship

I have a MIN Resupply Stork hanging out in one of my claimed systems and my Buffalo freighters keep trying to trade with it, but just follow it around (or merge into it). I tried teleporting to the latest stuck Buffalo and deleting the orders, but now every time the orders regenerate the Buffalo just freezes in place and doesn't do anything. It wont even follow the resupply ship anymore, going out of sector makes no difference.
