Cursor does not switch back to arrow once docked

Cursor does not switch back to arrow once docked

Fairly minor issue, if mouse steering is toggled on while you dock, the cursor stays as the circular aim reticle, and does not switch back to the arrow cursor that would be more suited for clicking buttons in the docked interface.
