[#1719][6.20] Ship abandoning repair drones

I'd suggest pausing on load because I caught this by accident right as it happened.

This destroyer has just entered travel drive. It was just in the vicinity of a dying K so it has drones out repairing.

It leaves ALL OF THEM floating in space. Even if you interrupt its travel, they end up with what looks like an explore order (???) and are just sitting there not returning to the ship. They don't seem to count as either deployable or subordinates either so there's no clear way to collect them without leaving the ship in low-attention.

It is a problem that I have seen before when IS, but *usually* the drones eventually magically appear back in the host ship if you go OOS to both drones and host.

The only long term problem I have seen is if somebody/something kills the abandoned drones as then they can be left as permanently active and of no further use to the host (unless for player ships where you can sell all assigned drones including active ones and then buy a fresh lot to replace them all onboard).
A dog has a master; a cat has domestic staff.
