[#1756][6.20] Traveling ship velocity not properly displayed - Fix in a future build.

Hello.

A ship (LVC-306, Buffalo) is using travel drive, and the ships aceelerate more from me(spacesuit), but the velocity doesn't display properly.

1. 0:02, Buffalo velocity shows hold on 744 m/s

2. 0:06, after using F3 camera, the Buffalo is still aceelerating to higher velocity.

3. 0:09, the ship velocity is held on 983 m/s.

4. 0:11, From F3 camera, the ship's still aceelerating.

5. 0:13, the ship velocity is held on 1118 m/s.

I'm impressed you've managed to capture this in a save. Many a time, I've seen a ship reporting as move at Travel Drive speeds on the HUD when I have it targetted, but it doesn't appear to actually be moving at those speeds. Doing a quick F3 view on the ship, see that it's actually coasting along on regular drives, as suspected. The moment I F3 view on it though, it starts displaying the speed correctly. Often when this happens, the ship is displaying a spurious negative value, yet it's clearly NOT going backwards.

Ships do randomly glitch. Be it spurious speed readings, or sudden turns that should be impossible in travel mode.
