Young Gun - Argon Start

I have the station in the right place and I have credit for the correct location. The station has bought mats and producing hull parts. I did have a weapons factory already in the sector and I saw that may cause an issue in previous builds.

I've rebuilt the factory, renamed it, and simplified it to the basic requirements but still no credit.

Any ideas?

My mission isn't yet at the point where it is asking me to set the price. Right now it still doesn't think I have an operational station even though I'm building the hull parts and have transported hull parts from that station to argon wharf.

As suggested, I uploaded my save hoping for a clue as to what I'm missing.
