Xen Blueprints

7.00 beta allows capturing Xen ships can you get the blueprints?
If yes how?

No, but yes.
You can't get them (that I am aware of) unless you start a custom budgeted game with the blueprints as starting property. Maybe once you break 25+ of those data shards. I stopped after 20.

Space Control H drop them when destroyed. This is 7.0 Beta spoiler content. I mostly find them in the Tharka's Cascade -> Savage Spur chain of systems. They hang out in 2 spots there. Occasionally the factories there build a 3rd or 4th and send them to Family Zhin, Hatikvah 1 or Getsu Fune. The other Xenon sectors do build them sometimes but those sectors tend to get wiped out so I can't tell you with any accuracy where or how many.
At 5 data shards, I think, you get the Xenon equipment research, or just board a Xenon ship. Not quite sure the triggers there.

In the in-game encyclopedia they appears as obtainable blueprints, maybe the way to obtain those blueprints is to be added in the 7.00 final release?

I consistently get the xenon equipment research option shortly after picking up (as in, adding it to my personal inventory) the first data shard. I've only ever gotten/needed a single shard.

I've been wrong before. I am not sure how it's triggered. When I unlocked it in earlier betas (1 or 2) Bozo told me, most recently in 5 he didn't and only after 1 but I did board multiple xenon ships including 2 Hs.
