In the save I have an SCA Harrasser Disco targetted, in one of the new sectors .. And he's not friendly
However I am +27 with SCA (Completed the Terraforming for them in Scale Plate Green)
Also noticed there are a few SCA Stations in the new sectors which I cant dock at / communicate with.
Is this all working as intended?

This has been fixed in a future update. But please avoid placing multiple issues in same topic. Some one else will reply about the Harasser question.

Hi, pirates in that specific space being aggressive is by design, BUT not when you completed the terraforming for SCA.
This should be fixed for next beta, but keep in mind that some aggressive ships may remain, but they will not rebuild if killed.

I'm avoiding killing them for now (tried it, and reloaded after I noticed my Rep with SCA was decreasing, that rep is not easy to attain) ..
.. so thanks for the heads up there will be some left behind.

Yep noticed it in the Beta 2 patch notes
"[Beta 2] Fixed not being able to dock at some stations in new clusters when loading older saves (new feature in 7.00)."
And can confirm after going back to those new sectors my ship with its good SCA rep is now allowed to dock

So until I see a patch note which says this has been fixed, I will no go trying to kill off any remainder .. because if it has not been fixed I will just leach away all of my rep with SCA. If I know for sure it has been fixed, then I can commence getting rid of the remainder which will not be respawned.
And we are now 3 Betas on beyond where we were expecting it to be fixed.

Just to confirm, it WAS fixed, and those ships will not respawn, so you can kill them off.
That specific patch note was missing from the list due to omission and will be added with new beta, sorry for that.
