[7.0 Beta 2] "Rescue people in Range" no virticality (Feedback)

Hi,

One of my Mining ships got popped by Kha'ak. I built a replacement with some spare crew slots and sent it to "Rescue people in range" however, the ship cannot get to them as the destroyed ship was mining way below the elliptic. The rescue command cannot be dragged vertically, to include the crewmembers in question. I can of course queue individual rescue commands, but the AoE command is very useful when larger ships blow.
