Xenon Power distribution unit

Hi, I would like to ask how the xenon AI is working in the beta. Before the beta testing. The xenons were really aggressive and they were constructing ships in very fast rate. But now they are allways lacking energy cells in their storages. In my save they have plenty of the Power distribution unit ships. But the ships are allways searching for trade and it takes them ages to find a trade. So the xenons can't really defend them selfs againts raids from Terran Protectorate.
