[#2248][7.00 Beta 3] Cannot man capship bridge stations

Having an issue on and off again involving being unable to personally man the bridge stations on capships, including the helm. It seems to be surviving restarting the application and reloading. I have attempted various workarounds, including dismissing crew members at the affected stations without any improvement.
