[7.0 beta 3] ARG and ANT map colours almost indistinguishable

Hello again, folks

Please could you look at the map faction colours for ARG and ANT? As you'll see on this image, they're almost undisguisable from each other. Looks like the ANT one is highlighted but it's very hard to make out territorial ownership at present. I remember the ANT was a slightly paler blue before, closer to what the Boron is now....
