an abandoned and unclaimable Toucan with a journal page in In Tears of Greed. Journal says - if you want to own this ship look from the previous owner in neighboring sector. Problem is, this fella is nowhere to be found in Grand Exchange. Perhaps is he behind disabled southern gate?

Its a quest line that isn't fully implimented, so currently its just sits there, can't get it just yet.
