I have a problem. When trying to install Sector Map.

A pop up window says that it is looking for and can not find .NET Framework installed.
Now I know this is wrong because I have .NET Framework v3.0 installed and its the newest one from Microsoft.

But for some reason it reallt wants the v1.1.4322 and nothing else.
Someone really needs to fix this.

I even went as far as re-install the .NET Framework v3.0 again and nothing.

Another thing, MICROSOFT DOES NOT Support v1.1.4322 anymore
and they even go as far as saying to not install it and have a reffering link to the v3.0

I have
X3 v2.0.0.2
with
XTM MOD v0.7a
and
X3_bonus_package_3.1.07
and
XTD_bonus_pack_v1.1_32bit
and
X3CockpitMod1.03
and Bagali.

Still looking for Vanilla and Rogue......lol

I can not use this Sector Map now because of this.
I really would like to view it and enjoy it.

But so far I have installed X3 map by Scorp. which works great BUT
I think its missing Sectors with the MODs I have installed.
Anyways
If you have a solution to my problem PLEASE PM me with the same answer in the post
after you post your answer, because this forum is way to HUGE
for me to siffer through it and find the place again.

Thanks.

Realize this is a very old thread, but I wanted to know if the OP is long gone or what?

Would be nice if we could get a tiny update so that these planners would work with the .NET 3.5, which afaik have .NET 1.1 built in.
The old .NET 1.1 is not supported anymore and its not easy to get it installed in Windows 7.

Hope someone can tell me if there is any way to get in touch with the author.
The website is still up so he must be maintaning it somehow.

He hasn't posted here since March 2007, which is coincidentally when his website was last updated--I wouldn't hold out any great hope if I were you. Normally I'd lock the thread for necromancy, but since it's linked from the guides sticky I'll let it be for now.

To the mods: how does it works if I want to continue this project for X3R and X3TC and I can't reach the author?

Sorry guys for raising the dead here but does anyone know if there is a copy of the X2 version of this utility available anywhere Lord Suchs website is dead as are all the links I've been able to find. If anybody still has a copy and could pass it on I'd be really grateful.
