Free Wheat farm??

I read in www.the-commander.com/x2mainstorypart10.htm that after finding the AP Gunner, Terra-corp gave you a wheat farm as a reward

Well I didnt get one

I thought it was because I didnt save the first TL, so I reloaded mission and managed to save the 1st TL. Just finished the Ore-Belt asteroid mission and still no freebie wheat-farm

Do anyone else get a free wheat farm

No, I didn't get one. In my opinion they were a little bit tight when it came to handing out rewards for missions.

The forum is split between those that get it, and those that don't. No-one knows just what you have to do to get the station, though the current theory seems to be that you have to....

I got the wheat farm. I was annihilating the khaak and Teladi quite quickly, and never hit a friendly ship. I also found that I wasn't done with the mission after that. I wondered why, since I had killed all visible khaak/teladi. After awhile, I flew around and found a cluster was just jumping into the system. I guess killed them all too fast!

Got the farm. - Circle of labour
Game 2:
Did not get the farm.
reloaded & did mission again
Got the farm _in Black Hole Sun
reloaded again
Did not get the farm.

Near as I can figure, I did not kill enough Kha'ak on the times I did not get the farm.

try using a M6 for the mission, i did and got it.

dont know if that will help coz didnt try without the M6!

speed is of the esscence i think

I read that its based on either time, or the number of Khaak you destroy.

I did the mission in a Barracuda. I killed the first Khaak cluster quickly and the TL got in safely. After that I killed the rest of the bad guys quickly (never hit a freindly ship). After the mission Elena told me that she had something in store for me (not her exact words, can't remember...)

Anyways, I docked at the trading station and started managing my empire. After about five minutes I got a message from Elena, and she gave me a wheat farm in Interworlds... I reloaded my save from a few minutes earlier and this time I got a wheat farm in Getsu Fune. I was starting to think she is insane so I reloaded one more time, and got a farm in Herron's Nebula. This time I accepted with a smile (I already had 6 factories there and continued the game.

I completed the mission in a Teladi destroyer and got the wheat farm in Omicron Lyrae, so finishing it with overwhelming force quickly seems to make sense in my expirience. Anyway M1, M2 or TP is hilarous in the cutscenes they encompass everything.

I did that mission in my Osprey decked out with G hepts and B hepts, and I got the wheat farm in Home of Light.
My turrets did hit friendlys occasionly but I also cleaned up the khaak rather quickly.

Looked cute when I came in, little Saya in her Barracuda was Under my left wing

Before we et too far down the 'capital ship' route, I did the mission in an M3, and got the wheat farm. As with the others i managed to avoid hitting friendly ships and killed the enemies off reasonably quickly.

I did get the wheat farm in CBSW and used a Mako (=M4) for the mission. I do love those wasp missiles.

I did it using an Argon Nova. I think it must be the number of Khaak u kill, I killed hundreds of em.

No wheat farmm for me, although i killed the cluster very quickly, protected brett who cant shott for sh*t, but i did hit Elena's ship twice.

Then Brett buggered off to Black Hole son and vaguely suggested i join him.

When I last done this mission, in my Nova, I got 2 combat ratings & still didn't get the Wheat Farm.

i did it in a nemesis, with psg's. needless to say, i had a lot of friendly fire, although i switched on and off to bhepts when the khaak got too close to the tl. i got the wheat farm in ore belt and havent used it since

I got it. But I also didnt go to join Bret with some trading in black hole sun. So i didnt get the best buys locator. I jumped back with the TL.
