I've just started playing this game recently, and have been browsing around these forums for a few days. In some of the threads I've read, there has been discussion about a possible expansion. Has this been confirmed by Egosoft? If so, have they released any details? Any help is appreciated.

Expansion is a long way off, it will be a seperate purchase.

There is a 1.4 patch coming out soon (see thread at top of forums), this is said to have many major advancements.

If you just started, make sure you have the V1.3 patch. It makes things much better.

OK, thanks guys. Also, I downloaded the 1.3 patch the day I bought the game, so I'm good there.
