Thats it. I always keep my mods after I install them just in case I need them and I didn't get that file with the mod. could you email it to me?

No this file is in the mod.
But I mail it to you then you can put it in the t-folder and test.... When it works ok when not write again....

Hi People,

there is an update on my website. I have made a new weapon and some bugfixes.

The new weapon is a grenadethrower which works like the massdriver. It shoots grenades (mini-missiles) on the target. The grenades makes a huge shield and hull damage. Also they have a high livetime so the distance is about 7km to hit the target. The Grenadethrower you can use with all my new Battleships (Bigships, AP Gunner and Habicht). The weapon and the grenades you will find in the split equipmentdocks.

Also there are new Fabs they produce the weapon and the grenades.

Ok much fun.....

It's not a stupid question.

Double click on the .rar file and extract (via Winzip or other) the two files (.cat and .bat) to a folder in X2- The Threat (main directory) called mods.

If you don't have a folder called "mods", create one, and then extract these two files to it.

To activate, when going into the game on the first screen select the mods button and select the flagship mod.

I can't use the version 2 because I don't want to activate the script editor :(

If you don't want to activate the Editor you can't get the ships...

Hi Thalon,

Ok got the mod installed ok. Even figured out how to modify the ship speeds to match my old mod. From what I can tell all your new ships are in specific shipyards/wharfs; meaning that the Argon Frigate is only available for purchase in a specified sector...right?

I found the AP Gunner MK3 and one missle factory which is what lead me to the conclusion above. Correct me if I am wrong. Did this on my lunch break, can't wait to dive into it tonight. :wink:

Hi,

the new ships you must serach for. All of them you can buy in a shipyard or tradingdock.
When you want the flagship you must start the script 'Heimat' and make a mission. If you finished the mission right then you get it.

Please download the mod again. I've made some bugfixes. Dont forget to put all files from the script-folder of the mod into your X2 script-folder.

Hi Thalon,

It will be awhile before I run that script as my empire is still in it's infancy stage but growing nicely. This will give me time to have fun with all the other ships.

Ok you said to download again but I noticed that the file name still read beta 3 (which I have already installed that version) do I need to download again?

Excellent work. I upgraded my old Flagship (via erneuern) and went through the mission. The end result is quite spectacular. I am impressed.

My only concern (not a real issue though) is that the new M0 doesn't seem to allow station cartage and the transporter doesn't work from it.

By the way, how does one activate the WP contract?

I was curious what the WP contract was? I also noticed a command that was in German but can't remember exactly what it was; I think it was under "General" for in the list commands. Anyone know what that command is for?

thanks for the update, but when i try and create the weapons platform, my game crashes back to desktop. :? It only happens wheni try to create the weapons platform. Any idea at to what could be causing this ??? i currently have no other scripts or mods running only a new game started. And your mod installed ???
