Missing scripting functions.

I didn't see one so I thought I would start a thread about "missing" scripting functions.

Here are my biggest bugbears.

You can get the state of alot of variable, like hull damage etc even some maximums but you cannot SET it!

You can get the target a player has selected, by you cannot change the players target to point at something else.

You cannot ID objects using a script, you cannot even find out if they have been IDed. Ie it is impossible to write a script which would fly arround and id asteroids!

There is no way to find ships which are inside stations or other ships. Only ships in the galaxy can be found, you cannot even interate over these objects as there is no way to obtain the object ids.....

It would be nice to be able to create wares objects withs scripts on them, so when equiped to a ship, it would run then stop when unequiped (repair nanites).
