Is your OS installed on the C: partition? Why did you format it as FAT 32? Is there unallocated free space left on the drive?

I would re-allocate the page file to the D drive if it is currently on C: as it's probably prone to running out of space with such a small partition.

Also, if the page file is on a seperate partition and not on a seperate drive, it's a bit pointless as there's virtually no performance increase.
