Went awau for a week and other half decided to turn comps off.
Trouble is one of them wont come back on!
I still have 2 more PC's to get going - just haven't had the time. I think I might add another project to these 2, any suggestion as to which would benefit the team the most... ? ? ?
@Faze
It's probably your PC clock being out a few years, according to a clever person over there !
From PiratesJust got comp going again after PSU failure and what do I get.

I think there are a few of the serious "Farm Boys" moving over, looking at the stats.pjknibbs wrote:We've slipped down the RAC ranking quite a bit since the last time I checked--87th place now! Either we're slowing down, or the big boys from SETI Classic are coming over en masse...
By the way - a warm welcome to softweir and BSA[ESS] may you crunch well and bring the team many cobbles
I agree with you Froggie... there has been quite a lot of the "farm boys" moved over in the last couple of months... & it's not been helped that my pc count & therefore rac is way down too... some of the newcomers have way silly racs!MrFrog wrote:

A warm welcome to softweir & BSA[ESS] from me too... may you have some happy BOINCing!
Yay I'm up to 17th!
Got a 64 bit 3200+ in February and this has done more in 2 months than all my others have in the last 6!
Trouble is, the people in my house always log off completely, so the BOINC client is very rarely left running (except when I use them ), anyone know a way to solve this?

The Seti forums are reporting some strange problems with the beta clients, although I haven't had any I would avoid anything later than 4.35.
If setting up as a service, you have to have a password set on your admin account or it won't install as a service properly. Also remember to stop the service in the control panel, before you upgrade the client at any point in the future.
