I highly recommend it to any kiwis, they accept direct credit, so you can do everything from your chair without a credit card. I've never had any problems with them, they are always friendly and helpful. =)

Usually I buy them straight from the publisher. Tried through a dutch company for a certain game, waited for 3 months before deciding they probably wouldn't receive (and thus send) it anytime soon.
At least the developers/publishers usually don't have stock problems, at least not for recent games (I think)

i did preorder freelancer from them and i didnt get it for almost a month after release date but every other order has been quick and on time.
