After the Rebirth testing was over, I started thinking about doing a port to AP. Vayde and I both had a few fixes and tweaks to the base 1.4 release, and I was going to combine them in a 1.5 release before starting in on AP.

Unfortunately Vayde dropped out of sight around that time. He and I have worked together for ages, and I'm really worried about him. I've tried email, Skype, etc and no luck.

Hopefully it is just a change in life, and he is doing well.

Most of what Vayde was doing related to balancing. I'll probably just package what I've got as a 1.4a "mini-release", and then take a look at getting a port to AP running.

this and vs 3.2c are just minor tweaks.

Thus it should work ok.

iirc, the last time I installed DDTC it was with all major updates installed.

Yes, I just did a play through recently to see what (if anything) I wanted to tweak/fix, and didn't have any problems with the current version.

Hai,

I've been trying tg get this installed, however it does not seem to work for me.
I downloaded the zip file and have made copies of all files to the respective folders in my X3TC directory with no succes.

I have the steam version of terran conflict. I made a copy of this to prevent steam from updating my files. But even so I seem to have little luck in getting the mod installed.

Nothing seems to happen when I start a new game, how do I know if the install was succesfull? Also the steam game download is at 3.2d. I don't know if this matters and if it does I don't know how to fix this either.

I've been at this for a while now so any help is appreciated.

3.2d is the newest X3TC non-beta version, so there's nothing to fix here. However, your description sounds to me as if you would have copied the Steam folder, yet are still using the Steam.exe to start the game. If so, this won't work, as the Steam.exe always points to the Steam directory, and so your normal Steam installation will be started (i.e. the one without the mod). While there's no official NoSteam.exe for X3TC, you can easily get one by downloading the DVD patch for X3TC from 3.2 to 3.2d, installing it to an empty folder and copying the X3TC.exe from there to your X3TC (mod) installation directory.

Yes tired Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and even Safari on my Mac.

I am in the states and I wonder if I am being geoblocked.
