Hey Cap,

for now, unfortunately no, those types of docks leave the ship facing and launching in the same direction causing you to crash when undocking, i have to make/"code" a custom dock which makes the fighter turnaround.

Hey Mikhail,
could you make a version without cockpit for the next release?

Love your models and work but not really the cockpits.
The graphics doesn't fit in my opinion with this great models and the rest of the universe.

A lot of those cockpit are from another cockpit mod, i'm slowly replacing them with high detail cockpits, so far if you have noticed, the X_wing cockpit and Tie, however i havnt done its lighting and animations.
But ok, Ill look into a way of simplifying this, in making a small patch which will remove the cockpits, otherwise its quite tedious to do.

I also need to increase visibility in these cockpits and return the original hud aids.

While on topic of cockpits, a quick vote from you guys

For increased visibility i wanna change the cockpit view position to what is in image 2, image 1 is close to what it is curretly.

I love the cockpits. Personally, I think it would be great if the original radar could be put back to the far right of the screen and other original readouts somewhere, while also keeping the radar and readouts integrated into the cockpits. I think the radar and readouts integrated into the cockpits is great for immersion but would be nice to also have the original more readable versions in addition to it.

Guys please try get as much info on "Rogue 1" ships so i can atleast get placeholders in, 1.0 must be ready by December! hopefully End of November.

UT-60D U-Wing we already have in.
Tie Striker placeholder added.
Krennic’s Imperial Shuttle place holder added.




in next update.
Here one example of 5 new pirate base replacements.
A very old decommissioned "Valor" Cruiser of the Old Republic, now used as a base by pirates. (the others will be a surprise)

WIP

The Imperials have plenty huge capital ships, Rebels however are limited, I decided to add a Capital for the Alliance, its Star Destroyer type design, but will be quite distinct, and very unique in its loadout, it will not be as heavily armed as the imperial capitals but will carry two huge Ion cannons, like the ones used on Hoth, basically it will act to slow down enemy forced and help reduce shields.

No. The map and TShips file is incompatible, among other things.

Yes I agree with most everyone else on the cockpits, they're beautiful and fantastic and I want them to stay.

On another note, I have a question. Are you making all these models yourself, and if so, what programs are you using?

I really do like the cockpit idea.

My only "objection" is the one of the Imperial Destroyers.

Even though in star wars movies the cockpit is almost the same as in game, for visibility reasons, it will be better to have two or three "windows".

I was talking about a slightly different ship but ye, that is Howard Days model to, Unfortunately i cant get hold of Howard, so im risking it and will use his model crediting him, hopefully he will not mind too much, if he does, Ill just remove it and will make my own.
