hire your ships to sector script----------
readme


install


put the scripts in the "scripts folder into your x2 scripts folder


put the 445551 and 445040 files in the "t" folder into your x2 t folder


the mission will run on startup between 30 mins and a couple of hours into the game.

just get a fighter ship within 7k of the station that hails you to accept the mission.

your ship must be in the sector but more than 15k away from the station.





Hire commands

Hire fighter.
run this and the ship will work for the sector its in (no xenon-khaak-unknown)

it will pay more for the longer it works and once hired you have no control over it until it's hire period is complete.

Hire TS 
the ship will work for a station in the sector it is in same as above money wise

Hire TP
if used on a tp class ship it will find the nearest trade dock and deliver some passengers..

pays out as above.


The new commands are found in secondary ship command menu


if your ts sits in a stations you will get very little in return no matter how long it's hired for.

TS ships doing alot of flying will be rewarded well


Fighters, same as

Both now write their mission details to the log if they survive.

An m6 thats lasts for 20 + hours and kills over 100 ships will get somewhere around 2.5 million.

An m6 that kills 2 ships in that time gets about 60k

The more unsafe a sector the better the payout will be.

TP's will make more the longer the journey time.

When ships assign to the pirate race they usually get killed.

Anything that does survive will more than pay itself back ;)

Missions

Mission 1 :- Generic simple call for assistance from an AI ship, if you protect it you get money and mission 2 is called

Mission 2 :- Part of my piracy scripts :)  Capture ship for the pirates, The rest you can work out for yourself ;)

Mission 3 :- Simple drug running mission for the pirates if you have the right ship and equipment.

Mission 4 :- Not so simple drugs running mission.

Mission 5 :- A *little* escort mission ;)

You do not need to complete any of these missions, they are there only if you want to undertake them.

New Hire Commands For 1.3

Hire TL :- 
Once hired your tl will choose a shipyard to work for and fly there, It will avoid xenon sectors if you have installed a jumpdrive and plenty of energy cells

Once it has finished it's mission you will be hailed and if the ship has enough energy it will jump to your sector.

Hire M1 :- 
Very risky but plently of rewards for this.

Hiring your M1 will undertake the same conditions as the TL but on a touch more risky basis, Again keep the ship stocked with energy and a jumpdrive and you will be hailed before it undertakes anything too dangerous ;)

Both these new commands are Military ones and there will be a risk to any M1 ship you use if you fail to support it when required.

Hunting Commands

New options are now available to players who have their own equipment dock with a good supply of energy stocked.

There are 7 options you can choose from :-

Once the Hunt Ships menu is open you can choose the following number to choose the desired command.

Enter 0. -- Help Menu

Code: Select all

Enter 1. -- M6 Command - Hunt Khaak M3's
This command run on any M6 Class ship will scan for Khaak M3's in race sectors, The ship will jump to the sector and destroy the khaak m3, It will then scan for another and jump to the ships sector until it's energy runs low and it will then return to your equipment dock and refuel.

There is a small charge for every kill and once the ship has finished it's tour you will be hailed with the details.

If the ships hull drops below 80% it will jump to the nearest shipyard and await repairs, If it's shields drop below 20% in combat it will attempt to escape.

Enter 2 -- . M6 Hunt Pirate's Command 
The same conditions as above exect your M6 will hunt Pirate M3's and M4's

Enter 3 -- . M6 Hunt Xenon Command 
The same conditions as above exect your M6 will hunt Xenon M3's and M4's

Enter 4 -- . M3 Hunt Xenon M5 and M4 Class Ships Command 
The same conditions as above exect your M3's will hunt Xenon M5's and M4's

Enter 5 -- . M3 Hunt Pirate M5 and M4 Class Ships Command 
The same conditions as above exect your M3's will hunt Pirate M5's and M4's

Enter 6 -- . M3 Hunt Khaak M5  Class Ships Command 
The same conditions as above exect your M3's will hunt Khaak M5's

Enter 7 -- . M6 Hunt Clusters Command 
The same conditions as above exect your M6's will hunt unbroken Khaak Clusters.

**Using this command is done at the players own discression**

Commands 1,2,3,7 can be run on M6 Class ships only

Commands 4,5,6 Can be run on M3 Class Ships Only!!

little problem

I was hailed, that Argon Sector Defence decidet to loan my M3 fighter for 6 hours. Now he's working 12 hours and i still haven't control over him.

What Shall I do???

Also my Osprey...but for 18 hours...

When i got my request i had to send my M4 from Argon Prime to the other end of the galaxy in ten minutes :? :o, whats the point in doing that, since i didn't have a jumpdrive or enough money for one.
