Spacefly Eggs?

I recently aquired 32 spacefly eggs, but no one wants to buy them. What am I supposed to do with them?

But seriously, eject them as they don’t serve any purpose but to take up cargo space

You have possibly 4 choices (the first 3 I've all done, I've never tried the forth).

1) Eject them
2) Load them onto a ship you're about to sell, you'll get ~1/2 their value when you sell the ship.
3) Stuff them into sem-permanent storage somewhere (like on a Dolphin in one of your TLs).
4) Sell them to to the Pirate Anarchy Port (you may need to perform a station hacking mission at a Pirate Base).

Is it possible to use them for fuel for a jump drive or booster onboard a Paranid ship? :?:

go to sector Family T'kr and look for some ships headed towards some asteroids in the south west. they are headed to 2 super secret massom mills that are infact an illegal spacefly breeding station! they will gladly take your eggs off your hands!

You can sell to the second space fly hatcheries in split space. you'll get a bundle

Here's a hint. The amount of spacefly eggs you pick up depend upon how much free cargo space you have. Each secret container of SE's will fill all available cargo space. If you have a maxed dolphin with nothing on board, you'll get 3000 spacefly eggs. If you only have 4 cargo space available, youl'll only get 4 eggs. :P

IIRC Spacefly Eggs take 2 cargounits/egg. Big eggs for huge omelets.

Could be. Been a while since I filled up a Dolphin with 'em. Still, 1500 units of Spacefly Eggs is a lot of omelets. Since the two you-know-what's were found you-know-where, I'm keeping my eyes out for some. :wink:

At the hidden "Massom Mills", space fly eggs sold at 4 credits per unit. Hardly worth it if you ask me. Nice little secret though.

Do factories need ALL of the secondary resources to produce the product?

I mean if it requires 3 and it has one secondary resource will it still produce the product?
