Why do I need to create an account at all?

In order to post messages on Egosoft you are required to create an account. Creating an account will give you access to additional features not available to guest users such as definable avatar images, private messaging, emailing to fellow users, usergroup subscription, etc.

It only takes a few minutes and a valid email-address to create an account so it is recommended you do so.
