For X3: Terran Conflict and X3: Albion Prelude, yes. Right click on the game in the Steam client and choose Properties. On the General tab click on the Launch Options button. Type "-clearstatsandachievements" (without the quotes) into the box there and click on OK. Now close the Properties screen and launch the game. This should reset all your statistics and achievements for that game. Remember to go back in there and remove that option again once you've done it, otherwise everything will be reset every time you start the game!
Note: This will also invalidate any "Dead is Dead" game.
