If your problem relates to the Steam client itself or to your Steam account then you will need to contact Steam Support. Similarly, if you get an error message from the Steam client when trying to launch an Egosoft game, it is usually more effective to contact Steam Support directly.
For all other problems relating to Egosoft games you can post on our Tech Support forums. For X3: Terran Conflict and X3: Albion Prelude, you will need to make sure that your game is registered in your forum profile before you post. When posting the details of your problem, please remember to provide all of the information requested in the very first thread in the Tech Support forum.
