      Description

      GetCurrentCrosshairMessage() returns no message ID, if the crosshair is over some UI element with the target being obstructed by that element.

      This prevents that function being used to detect when the crosshair is really no longer pointing on the object.

      We'd therefore provide a new function which allows to distinguish between cases where the player looked away from the target compared to the case where simply some UI element was in front of the player.
