Yes, this is possible, but only with X Rebirth.
To register your game in your forum profile, please do as follows:
- Login into GOG and open your Account.
- Click on "Library" and afterwards on the X Rebirth game entry. This opens the download section.
- At the top of the X Rebirth downloads page, you see two buttons labelled "Try GOG Galaxy" and "More".
- Click on the "More" button and afterwards on the "Serial Keys" option. Your X Rebirth key will be displayed now.
- Now login into the egosoft.com forum and open your profile settings.
- Scroll down to the "EGOSOFT-Preferences"-section, and copy and paste your Serial key from GOG into the registration field.
- Scroll down to the end of your profile and click on the Submit button.
An X Rebirth ticky disk (green disk with yellow tick) should be displayed in your forum profile now.
