Whatever you do, do not e-mail us. We have a forum for just this purpose. In the left menu you can see "Community"; click that and then click on "Forum". This will take you to our community forums.
If you have a general gameplay question, please visit the X Rebirth Universe forum. If you have a question about X Rebirth including spoilers, for example about the main storyline, please visit the X Rebirth Spoiler forum. Before posting an own topic, please check whether any similar questions like yours have been asked and whether any of the posted answers help you already.
If you create an own topic, please make sure to choose a descriptive title referring to your question. Our staff and other community members will try to help you as best as they can.
